Website Development in Bandung

Three different engines drive Bandung, and each one needs a different kind of site. Clothing workshops in Cigondewah, Pasar Baru, Soreang, and Majalaya ship t-shirts, hijabs, and uniforms to buyers all over Indonesia. Cafes and restaurants from Dago down to Buahbatu live on weekend crowds. Lembang, Ciwidey, and Pangalengan sell villas, glamping, and corporate outing packages.

Sitting close to Jakarta changes how people buy here. Bandung is about 150 kilometres from the capital, two and a half to three hours on the Cipularang toll road, or about 35 minutes by high speed train to Padalarang. The biggest market for many local businesses is therefore Greater Jakarta, planning a weekend by phone on Thursday night. A slow site loses them before they set off.

Being a university city changes the competition. ITB, Unpad, Telkom University, and UPI graduate thousands of designers and developers a year, so cheap web design offers are everywhere. What cheap rarely includes is a site still alive in month nine: hosting renewed, SSL valid, someone answering when prices change.

A Landing Page starts at IDR 2,000,000 a year: one page, live in 3 to 5 working days, enough for a Lembang outing package or a villa that needs only rates, a map, and a WhatsApp button. A Website Company Profile starts at IDR 3,000,000 a year for up to 50 pages, built in 7 to 14 working days.

Bigger catalogues move up to Website SEO from IDR 5,000,000 a year for 150 pages, Website GEO from IDR 8,000,000 for 500 pages, or E-Commerce from IDR 12,000,000 for 500 product pages. Application modules run IDR 5,000,000 per module a year with the server, five bundle at IDR 20,000,000, and Paket Bisnis Berjalan pairs Website SEO with 3 modules for the same price.

The Metanotech office is in Gunung Putri, Bogor, West Java, the same province as Bandung and roughly three hours away via Jagorawi and Cipularang. A meeting in person for the opening brief or the handover can be scheduled, and one meeting usually covers it.

The rest runs in one WhatsApp group per project holding the owner, the writer, and the developer. Clients in other cities work through that same group, where revisions and the handover happen too. Unlimited revisions for a year mean a new menu, a price rise, or a new branch page lands without an extra invoice.

Searches in Bandung almost always carry a place name: konveksi kaos Cigondewah, kafe Dago, cheap Lembang villa, Kiaracondong workshop. So we build one page per service per area, not one Services page that swallows everything and ranks for nothing.

That structure is what decides the package. Twelve services across ten districts already breaks the 50 page company profile ceiling, while Website SEO at IDR 5,000,000 a year carries the 150 page capacity that pattern needs. Unlimited revisions for a year mean pages for new areas can be added with no further invoice.

What changed in the past two years is search through Artificial Intelligence. People type full sentences now, like a Bandung hijab workshop that takes 50 pieces. The engines reply by quoting short blocks, so prices, minimum orders, and production times are written as blocks that stand alone.

A workshop with 60 shirt variants needs Website SEO: one page per product with the minimum order, a size table, the fabric, and the production time. A PDF catalogue on chat cannot be indexed or quoted by AI engines. The 150 page capacity covers those plus a service page per district.

A Lembang villa with one property to sell needs no more than a Landing Page: weekday and weekend rates, a map, check in rules, and a WhatsApp button on one page, from IDR 2,000,000 a year, live in 3 to 5 working days. That size fits when a long weekend is close.

A souvenir snack shop with three outlets sits between the two: a Website Company Profile of up to 50 pages, one page per flavour and one per outlet with its address and opening hours, from IDR 3,000,000 a year. Past 50 pages, Website SEO takes over.
