Your staff spend the morning retyping what already arrived in a message

An order arrives in a chat, then someone opens it, retypes it into a document, checks stock, and copies the address. None of it is hard, but it eats hours that should go elsewhere.

Why this happens

It is almost never a matter of effort. These are the patterns we keep running into.

The assistant you tried could only answer

Most assistants are installed apart from the working system, so they can explain a procedure but not perform it. Staff still have to open the app and type it themselves.

Nobody dares let it change data

Granting write access feels dangerous because no clear boundary exists. Without permission limits and a change trail, one mistake spreads unnoticed.

The information is scattered

Answering one simple question means opening stock, customer history, and the price list across three different screens.

How we fix it

  1. 01

The assistant works inside the app, not beside it

It uses the same documents and rules your staff use. A quote made through the assistant is exactly the document someone would have made by hand.

  2. 02

    Permissions limited by role

You decide what may be created, what may be changed, and what is untouchable. Actions outside the boundary are refused, not performed and corrected later.

  3. 03

    Large actions ask first

Wide reaching changes such as a bulk price update or deleting a document are always held for a human to approve first.

  4. 04

    Every action is recorded

Each change attaches to its document noting that it came through the assistant, at whose request, and when.

What it looks like

A picture of the screen you would work in, not an illustration.

Case study

Industrial equipment distribution

Situation

The admin team spent half the morning moving orders from chat into quote documents, then checking stock on another screen before they could reply.

What we built

An assistant was installed inside the app, permitted to draft quotes and read stock, but never to approve, change base prices, or delete documents.

Result

  • Quote drafts appear in seconds
  • Stock checks stopped requiring another screen
  • Every assistant action leaves a trail on its document
  • Approval stayed in human hands

Questions we get asked

Is our company data used to train a model?

No. Your data is used to answer the question at hand and we choose settings that do not retain it for training. If your policy forbids data leaving at all, an on premises option can be discussed.

What if the assistant gets something wrong?

That is precisely why permissions are bounded and large actions ask first. What it produces is a draft still requiring human approval, and every change can be traced and reversed.

Our app was not built by you. Can it still take one?

It depends on whether that app exposes a way to read and write its data. If it does, yes. If the data is locked, only the reading side is possible, and even that is limited.

Our staff worry about being replaced.

What it takes over is retyping and hunting across screens. Decisions, negotiation, and unusual cases remain human work, and those are exactly the parts that copy and paste has been crowding out.

Problems that usually come together

No long form. Send one message describing where you are now and we reply with a sensible next step, not a mass quote.
