Your last post was two months ago, and everyone can see it

It started at three times a week. Then a big order came in, then a holiday, then the person who made the posts resigned. Now the account does more harm than nothing at all, because prospects read it as a business that stopped.

Why this happens

It is almost never a matter of effort. These are the patterns we keep running into.

Content is made by someone with another job

It usually falls to an admin or sales person who happens to be able to design. When their real job piles up, content is the first thing dropped.

There is no consistent form

Every post is made from scratch in a different style. Besides being slow, the account never develops a face anyone recognises while scrolling.

Ideas run out in week three

With no prepared topic list, what remains is posting the same product photos until nobody notices them any more.

How we fix it

  1. 01

One visual system, used from then on

Colour, type, and layout are built as one system. Later posts fill an existing shape instead of being redesigned each time.

  2. 02

    Topics prepared in advance

Topics are planned for a full period from what customers genuinely ask, so no week gets filled with whatever is left.

  3. 03

    Routine production with review

Content is produced in batches and reviewed together, so you are not approving one piece a day.

  4. 04

    Pointed at where selling happens

Every piece points at a catalogue, a service page, or WhatsApp rather than stopping at a nice image.

What it looks like

A picture of the screen you would work in, not an illustration.

What this screen shows

  • Planned
  • In review
  • Scheduled

Case study

Furniture manufacturer

Situation

The social account was filled by an admin between other duties. Posting stopped for three months after they left, and no reusable design files existed.

What we built

A visual system with refillable layouts was built, a quarter of topics was planned from real customer questions, and production ran in batches with one review per batch.

Result

  • The account fills routinely without depending on one person
  • Posts carry a consistent face
  • Approval happens once per batch
  • Each piece has a destination rather than stopping at an image

Questions we get asked

We already have an in house designer.

If someone already owns it fully, the useful part is usually not extra production but the visual system: refillable layouts so your designer stops starting from zero on every post.

Who writes the captions?

We do, from the agreed topics, reviewed together with the visuals in one batch. Technical terms and industry specific claims get your corrections at that stage.

What if we do not like the result?

Revisions within a batch are a normal part of the process. What we ask for up front are examples you like and dislike, because that cuts revision rounds far more than long explanations.

How long before results show?

Consistency shows before numbers do. What we can promise is a channel that fills routinely and assets you can reuse; follower growth depends on much that is outside our control, including ad budget and product category.
