Every time you explain the product, you start from the beginning again
Each salesperson explains it their own way, and each stresses something different. Prospects end up with different pictures depending on who happened to meet them.
It is almost never a matter of effort. These are the patterns we keep running into.
The explanation lives only in people's heads
The explanation that works best belongs to one or two senior people and was never written down, so it cannot be handed to new staff.
The product cannot be photographed
A service, a process, software, or a machine inside someone else's plant has no photographable form. Stock photos only make it look generic.
Existing material is too long
What exists is usually a thirty slide deck or an eight minute profile video. Neither gets watched by someone hearing your name for the first time.
How we fix it
01
Script first, pictures later
The first thing built is the order in which the explanation makes sense. Beautiful animation over a confusing script is still confusing.
02
One minute for the first encounter
The main version is as short as it can be for someone who does not know you, with a longer cut prepared for those already interested.
03
Built to be recut
The material is assembled so it can be cut down for social and ads without producing anything again.
04
Handed over with the source files
You receive editable files, so a small change later does not mean commissioning the whole thing again.

Situation
The product could only be explained by sketching on paper in person. New salespeople took months before they could explain it correctly.
What we built
An explanation script was written and tested on people who had never heard of the product, then animated into one minute with short cuts for social and ads.
Result
Every salesperson now explains it in the same order
New staff understand the product far sooner
One production yielded assets for several channels
Source files allow changes without reproducing
Packages
Pick the one closest to your situation. We tighten the scope in the first conversation.
Brand Story Package
One explanation the whole team shares, watchable by anyone without you in the room.
Who it is for
Companies whose product is hard to explain and whose people each explain it differently.
That is the normal starting point. The script is built from interviews with whoever explains your product most often, then tested on people who have never heard of it to find what still confuses.
How many revision rounds do we get?+
Revisions are split by stage: script, storyboard, then animation. The cheapest and most decisive round is at script stage, which is why animation never starts before the script is approved.
Can we have both Indonesian and English voice over?+
Yes. Because the animation is designed for two languages from the start, on screen text and pacing are prepared so neither version feels forced.
How long does production take?+
What usually sets the timeline is not the animation work but how long script and storyboard approval take on your side. Once both are signed off, the rest schedules predictably.
